Return Policy

At Ayooba, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product in our ecosystem. This Return Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returning products purchased through the Ayooba Platform.

1. Ayooba Collection Products

Products from Ayooba's own fashion collections are eligible for return under the following conditions:

1.1 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).

1.2 Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Accessories (scarves, bags, jewellery) must be unused and in original packaging

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-measure items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear

2. Market Hub Products

Products purchased from independent Designers and Artisans through the Fashion Market Hub are subject to each seller's individual return policy. Before purchasing, please review the seller's return terms on their storefront page.

As a general guideline:

  • Ayooba facilitates communication between buyers and sellers regarding returns
  • Disputes are mediated by Ayooba's support team
  • Items described as "handmade" or "custom" may have different return conditions

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Navigate to Order History in your account settings
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
  4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided

Alternatively, email returns@theayooba.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Refunds

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

4.2. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

4.3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend acting promptly as our collections are produced in limited quantities.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@theayooba.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send the correct item or issue a full refund at your preference.

7. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order item has shipped, standard return conditions apply.

8. Wellness Services

Wellness appointment bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee as determined by the Wellness Expert.
