Reporting & Moderation

Block Users

Block any user, artisan, or brand. Blocked parties cannot message, view your profile, or interact with you. Unblock at any time from settings.

Report Concerns

Report offensive behaviour, scams, payment issues, or damaged items. All reports are queued for admin review within 24 hours.

Moderation Queue

Our team reviews all reports promptly. Repeat offenders are flagged for suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Dispute Resolution

For transaction disputes, we facilitate mediation between buyer and seller. Stripe-backed payment protection ensures fair outcomes.

Community Guidelines

Respect & Inclusivity

Treat all community members with respect. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or identity is not tolerated.

Authentic Interactions

Be genuine in your communications. Misrepresentation of products, services, or credentials is grounds for removal.

Intellectual Property

Respect the creative work of artisans and designers. Do not copy, reproduce, or misuse designs without permission.

Safe Transactions

All financial transactions must go through the platform. Off-platform payments are not covered by our protection policies.

Zero Tolerance

We maintain zero tolerance for harassment, threats, hate speech, and fraudulent activity. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

Cultural Sensitivity

Engage with cultural content respectfully. Our platform celebrates African heritage and expects all users to approach it with appreciation.
